Mr. Mullins is a 1981 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education. Mr. Mullins earned a Master of Music in Conducting Degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 1985.
Mr. Mullins began teaching in Waterloo in the fall of 1985 upon completion of his Master's Degree. He is responsible for all aspects of the high school band program including the marching band, concert band, jazz band and pep band.
